In March 2025, LAI Wai Sum (Charlotte) from 3B starred in two videos published by VDO English, an organization under China Daily Hong Kong and the organizer of the “21st Century Cup” National English Speaking Competition (Hong Kong Region). In the videos, she shared about the rise of micro-tourism in the post-pandemic era and the story of Chinese art vlogger Yeesha.
As a participant in this year’s 21st Century Cup, Charlotte views the video-filming process as one of the many great opportunities for her to enhance her oral articulateness, something many students are weak at after COVID-19.
