Champion of the Energy-saving Campaign organized by the World Green Organization
As part of the STEAM initiative, 20 Geography students participated in the Energy-saving Campaign organized by the World Green Organization. The campaign included energy auditing of the school to achieve carbon reduction, a talk for Form 1 students about environmental issues caused by increasing carbon emission and a visit to the Zero-Carbon Zone for our Form 1 students during OLE week. Our students did amazingly well in the campaign and they were awarded the following prizes:
1. Environment and Conservation Project: Secondary School Energy Auditing to Combat Climate Change - Champion (環境及自然保育基金項目: 氣候變化節能網上平台及中學生與公眾參與活動：校園用電審計 - 冠軍)
2. Climate change and carbon auditing quiz - 1st runner-up (「氣候變化及碳審計」網上問答比賽 - 亞軍)
