F1 Application Details

Application forms can be downloaded here or obtained from the College. Completed forms should be submitted with the followings in person during office hours.
(Application made by fax or post will NOT be entertained)

Remarks on Application Form Submission

1.	Copy of the HK Identity Card and Birth Registration document. (In case of absence of the required documents, copies of valid supporting documents certifying the student’s right of abode in HK are required);
2.	Copies of Primary 6 Student Record Form (issued by EDB);
3.	Copies of school academic reports of primary 4, 5 and 6 (if applicable);
4.	Certified copies of extra-curricular activities and awards reports;
5	Three stamped self-addressed envelopes (with the name and address of the student) and
6	Application fee of HK$30 (cash only).
	Applications will not be processed unless all required documents have been submitted.
	Please use paper clips to pack the documents instead of binding of folders.

Release of F1 Admission Result

Applicants may check their final results here on 17 February 2012 (from 9am) through our online result enquiry system. The successful applicants will also receive our formal letter of offer and the registration documents by post.

If no further notification is received within one month after the submission of application, the application is deemed to be unsuccessful.
