Implementation Plan

To cultivate good conduct among students

Intended Outcomes / Targets
To enhance campus cleanliness and maintain a neat and tidy learning environment.
Strategies / Tasks

  • Monitors should be trained to encourage and supervise their own classes to do clean up every day.
  • Interclass cleanliness competition motivates students to enhance their classroom cleanliness.
  • Regular check by staff and prefects. Results are displayed or announced.

Best Class Award is organized to enhance class participation.
Success criteria

  • 80% of classes practice classroom ABCD rules
  • 80% of teachers are satisfied with cleanliness at tuck shop, corridors and classrooms

Intended Outcomes / Targets
To promote decent personal appearance.
Strategies / Tasks

  • Regular and sudden check by prefects and discipline teachers after morning assemblies or before lessons. (criteria of Best Class Award)
  • Class teachers and parents are involved in follow-up actions.
  • Areas of emphasis: Hair style/length, Dress length, PE uniform, Winter School Jacket

Success criteria

  • 80% of teachers are satisfied with the uniform and personal appearance of students
  • 95% of students are aware of the requirements in uniform and appearance
  • Disciplinary record reduces by 10%

To enhance courtesy and respect.
Strategies / Tasks

  • Prefects are trained to be role models to greet aloud.
  • Practice of etiquette in entering classrooms and school hall.
  • Records of good and insufficient courtesy are included as Best Class Award criteria.

Success criteria

  • 80% of students follow the requirements in entering classrooms
  • All prefects would greet aloud at school entrance and on daily occasions.

Intended Outcomes / Targets
To enhance leadership for self-discipline student organization.

Strategies / Tasks

  • Prefects and monitors are trained and organized as students’ self-discipline organizations.
  • Prefects are responsible to give students briefing sessions or talks on school regulations.
  • Head prefects would be involved in School Forum and some school meetings in evaluating school policy and rules concerning student behaviours.
  • Class prefects and monitors will be trained to help maintain class order and report irregularities.
  • External leadership training programmes like Junior Police Call and ICAC Ambassadors will be integrated into prefect and monitor training.

Success criteria

  • Leadership training is organized for potential prefects and student leaders.
  • 80% of assembly discipline is managed by prefects.
  • Head prefects will conduct monthly briefing on student behaviors.
  • Monthly class monitor/prefect meetings are organized to collaborate class-based management in school routines
  • 70% of prefects are enrolled for JPC training and activities.

Intended Outcomes / Targets
To promote the importance of honesty and a harmonious school environment.
Strategies / Tasks

  • Seminars on positive behaviours and moral education (honesty and anti-bullying) are organized.
  • Students who have serious/ repeated disciplinary records are involved in discipline training workshops such as Anti-bullying Ambassadors.
  • Parents are informed of our school requirements

Success criteria

  • 2 Seminars/workshops are organized
  • 2 Training workshops will be organized for students with serious disciplinary records.
